We are looking for a reliable and skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Operative to join our team, supporting a leading developer across sites in Berkshire, Surrey, and Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a mix of new build residential and retirement properties, with a focus on delivering high‑quality workmanship.

Hours: Monday - Friday

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance across residential and retirement properties
• Basic carpentry and making good works
• Painting & decorating (P&D) as required
• Assist with minor repairs and improvements across multiple sites
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
