ROLE OVERVIEW

An established property services organisation is seeking an experienced Level 3 Multi‑Skilled Operative to join its maintenance team in Waltham Forest. This role is ideal for a highly skilled maintenance professional with strong experience across multiple trades who can work independently and deliver high‑quality repairs across residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of repair and maintenance works, with particular emphasis on carpentry, non‑gas plumbing, patch plastering, painting and decorating, and general property repairs.
