Multi‑Trade Operative
Hours and Location
42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) – Wembley, London, HA9
Rate
£24.73 per hour on UMB (Temp to perm)

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for reactive maintenance works in social housing properties across the patch.
Qualifications
Multi‑trade skillset required – Plumbing or Carpentry.
Bias Requirements
- Valid Driving Licence (over 21, held for 3+ months, <6 points)
- DBS Check (we will process at offer stage)
