Multi Skilled Operator

Brand new multi-skilled role! Our client, manufacturers of fire-rated and security insulated phenolic foam structural panels and security and fire rated doors, are recruiting for a multi-skilled operative for their Redditch team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and employee development. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company after a successful trial period.

Must have CSCS card.

Key responsibilities

• Highly experienced bench joiner and machinist with a strong background in modular manufacturing and factory-based assembly.
• Operating and setting a wide range of woodworking and engineering machinery, working accurately from drawings to tight tolerances.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in both workshop and on-site environments, seeking a long-term role in modular construction and assembly.
