A Multiskilled Technician at a solar power plant is a versatile technical professional responsible for the operations, maintenance, and repair of both the solar photovoltaic (PV) array and the supporting infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, and site facility). They ensure maximum uptime, optimal energy production, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Job Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conduct routine inspections, cleanings, and maintenance of solar panels, mounting structures, and trackers to ensure efficiency.
• Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including DC cable systems, AC/DC inverters, combiners, and transformers.
• Electrical System Upkeep: Maintain medium voltage (MV) electrical generation systems, switchgears, and substations.
