Compensation
- £22-24 per hour on a temp basis
- £36k to £38k on a salary basis - depending on experience
- Company van and fuel card provided
Responsibilities
- Undertake making good including patch plastering, painting, loft hatches and minor carpentry
- Perform maintenance work on planned social housing properties
- Collaborate with a reputable social housing contractor
Qualifications
- Experience in social housing maintenance
- Proficiency in at least two trades
