Location: Corsham

Shift: Rotating shifts of 6-2 and 2-10 and work 1 day every 3rd weekend (either Saturday or Sunday)

About The Role

We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and play a key role in keeping our site running safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll move beyond a reactive “fix it” approach and help drive a proactive, continuous improvement culture—enhancing performance, reliability, and overall site efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver electrical and mechanical maintenance across site equipment
• Respond quickly to breakdowns using effective fault‑finding techniques
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve performance
• Work with production teams to ensure targets are achieved
