Job Description

As a Developer Advocate / Community Manager – Cloud & MySQL, you will champion the needs of developers and users leveraging MySQL solutions. You’ll build vibrant technical communities, create useful content, and represent developer interests internally. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and marketing to enable the next generation of cloud-native MySQL users and drive product adoption. In addition, you will serve as a technical architect and ecosystem leader, helping shape the MySQL Community Edition roadmap and strengthening open-source contribution workflows in partnership with MySQL engineering.
Community Engagement:
Foster and grow active user and developer communities around on-premise & cloud-based MySQL solutions (., Oracle MySQL Database Service).
Respond to technical questions, collect feedback, and resolve issues through forums, social media, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other channels.
