.NET Tech Lead

The role
- Architect and develop software across multiple live products -- you are a contributor, not just a reviewer
- Lead, hire and develop a team of 7-10 .NET developers
- Own our .NET Centre of Excellence -- set coding standards and design principles for the entire division
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and testing strategy
- Work directly with clients on product direction
- Contribute to hiring decisions, budget planning and long-term tech strategy
Requirements
You'll need
- 2+ years leading or managing a software engineering team
- 5+ years in C# and .NET
- Experience as a hiring manager -- you have run recruitment end-to-end
- Frontend skills: TypeScript, Angular or React
