Job Description
Responsibilities
Respond to network appliances connectivity issues and resolve any issues within the confines of the office. Collaborate with partners and service vendors to ensure that the LAN, WAN, firewalls, and network appliances stay operational. Troubleshoot, provide resolution and raising tickets when networking equipment face issues. Create, maintain, and update documentation as it relates to configuration, process, and service records. Monitoring security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information Responsible for providing customer support in solving all phases of complex information security related technical problems.
Requirements L2: 1 to3 years' experience in Network Infra Setup and Operations Troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks. Knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, proxy/web isolation and data center operation. Flexible to work on wee hours, weekends, and public holidays.
