Key Responsibilities
Gather business and application requirements for infrastructure planning, design, installation, testing, and implementation Ensure infrastructure solutions are implemented according to specifications and service level requirements Support daily operations aligned with ITSM/ITIL methodologies, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management, and CMDB processes Monitor system and network performance proactively and implement corrective actions to improve service availability Respond to incidents promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and provide temporary or permanent resolutions for escalated issues Provide timely updates and communication to relevant stakeholders regarding incidents and operational issues Implement backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures to support business continuity Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented network systems Assist in preparing technical proposals and solution presentations Lead and coordi...
