Key Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages, latency, and connectivity issues
Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and QoS services
Provide hands-on support for production, office, and data center networking environments
Perform network optimization, upgrades, and firmware updates
Automate network configuration deployment and infrastructure management
Support and administer firewall environments
