Network Engineer Level 2

Job details: Our client, a leading public sector organisation, is seeking a Level 2 Network Engineer to join on a long term contract. This role involves providing hands-on support and management of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Wireless Technologies across multiple sites in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale, mission-critical network infrastructure, ensuring network stability, security, and performance across a distributed enterprise environment. The Role: Oversee and support a large, complex WAN environment serviced by multiple providers and spanning numerous locations across Ireland. Manage and work with a diverse range of network vendors and technologies, including FortiGate SD-WAN firewalls, Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitches, and Aruba WiFi solutions.
