Responsibilities:
As a Tier 3 Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer, you will handle complex network issues,
lead technical projects, and provide expertise in network and security.
Your responsibilities include:
Escalation Resolution: Resolve Tier 2 escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
to critical network incidents.
Advanced Network Changes: Perform level 2-3 network change requests, including
complex configurations and implementations, while adhering to change management
processes.
