Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Management and support of Probe's global enterprise network
Initiate, scope and lead network changes required for corrective and reactive maintenance
Ability to clearly highlight risks associated with network changes and identify steps to mitigate those risks
Participate in an after hours on-call roster for supporting faults and any other critical business requirements
Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to overall team learnings
Escalation point for NOC/Service Desk/EUC, other junior engineers in the network team and ability to manage network related incidents end-to-end
Raise faults with third party providers and pursue through to resolution
Schedule and execute quarterly patch management of network devices
