Design, implement, and maintain the overall network architecture, aligned with current operations and future growth.
Develop roadmaps for network infrastructure in line with business objectives.
Lead or participate in network projects (planning, execution, and follow-up).
Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure maximum availability and scalability.
Configure, manage, and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and SD-WAN.
Perform upgrades, patches, and changes according to IT change management processes.
Document configurations, network diagrams, and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement new solutions.
Act as an escalation point for complex network issues and provide support to colleagues.
