About The Role
The Network Manager role is a new position in PEI’s membership team, designed to provide a pathway for career development for high-performing member relations executives and support to the ever-growing portfolios of the Heads of Networks. We are looking for someone based in either Singapore or Tokyo.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Head of Network/Network Director in the execution of the annual programme of touchpoints including, but not limited to:

- Conducting frequent research calls with members to ensure that the annual programme is on-point and addresses the needs of customers, thus becoming a critical service that drives forward engagement and renewal rates in line with PEI’s membership model and corporate goals.
