You will be responsible for analyzing and addressing health alerts across a variety of video surveillance products. By engaging in proactive monitoring and ticketing, you'll enhance the customer experience while collaborating with a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and address health alerts for customer systems
• Conduct diagnostics on IP cameras and recording devices
• Keep ticketing database current with health alerts
• Collaborate with NOC Level 2 for escalations
• Execute firmware upgrades for IP cameras as needed
