Job Description
Become a key player in the NOC at March Networks as a Tier 1 Support Specialist. You will provide essential monitoring and troubleshooting for critical video surveillance systems to ensure optimal operation.
In this role, you will focus on monitoring customers' video surveillance setups, handling health alerts, and managing support tickets in the Managed Services team. The position demands excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain Command Enterprise Server alerts
• Diagnose and fix remote issues with cameras and devices
• Log health alerts and ticket statuses accurately
• Create tickets for Field of View Service customers
• Assist in administration of NOC reporting databases
