Responsible for the Operations & Maintenance and Restoration of Access Network Equipment w/c includes Wireless, Wireline, Data and Transmission.Duties and Responsibilities
Availability Management
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom equipment of Wireless/Wireline/Transmission equipment(s) thru streamline
Supplier Management
To direct, supervise, and monitor progress of suppliers and/or third party contracted services ensuring SLAs are met for optimum services availability for our customers
Conducts audit of PAT/HAT/SAT of new telecom equipment. Callout major defects and escalates to acceptance governance based on design vulnerabili...
