The Network Operations Support Officer provides technical assistance, information, and support to users to solve reported issues, manage general network connectivity issues and prepare summary reports for the management, monitoring and operations of ICT communications and security. This role is part of the wider Network team servicing all networking and connectivity operations to all clients sites, 24/7.
