Role: Network Technician
Location: On-site in St. Paul, MN
Rate: $-/hour W2, dependent on skills and qualifications
Responsibilities:
Install or replace physical network switches and ports in Transit and Council system infrastructure throughout the organizationSupport System Engineers in diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity issuesSupport and communicate about workspace standard power systems and wireless connectivity issues with the network teamDocument work performed using pictures, notes, and shared spreadsheetsEnsure equipment installation is in proper location of Council and Council connected infrastructureEnsure basic installation steps are performedCommunicate set-up issues and concerns with System Engineers and the network teamIdentify appropriate hardware equipment to be transported and delivered for the requi...
