Building Site Department | Vallée‑Jonction (Full‑time contract, 39 hours per week)
ProFab is looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented professional to join our team as a New Home Inspector at our Vallée‑Jonction office. Bring your knowledge of building codes and deliver quality inspections that help the team succeed.
Responsibilities
- Inspect construction sites at each key stage of the building process
- Verify compliance with plans, specifications, and Building Code standards
- Identify non‑conformities and ensure necessary follow‑ups
- Write clear and accurate inspection reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors
- Conduct final inspections prior to delivery to clients
Qualifications
- College degree in building inspection or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
