Night Shift Nursing Supervisor

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care across all areas of operation in a hospital setting. This role provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of nursing services to maintain appropriate staffing levels, operationalcontinuity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. The Nursing Supervisor works collaboratively with the Assistant Vice President of Nursing/Patient Care Services and the Vice President of Nursing/Patient Care Services to facilitate effective nursing practice and organizational goals.
