Job Summary Supervise landscaping, grounds maintenance, and horticultural crews to deliver high-quality site presentation and project outcomes. Coordinate schedules, resources, and client communications to ensure timely and safe completion of work. Number of Positions 1 Main Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping and grounds maintenance crews to meet project objectives. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide on-the-job guidance to ensure work meets client specifications and quality standards. Inspect sites and completed work to identify deficiencies, ensure proper plant care, and maintain aesthetic standards. Operate and oversee maintenance of landscaping equipment and ensure tools are stored and serviced appropriately.
