Job Description
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented NOC (Network Operations Center) Analyst to join the team. This is a shift-based role providing operational coverage, ensuring issues are identified, documented, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner.
You will work in 8-hour rotating shifts, often as the primary person on duty, so strong judgment, clear communication, and a proactive mindset are essential. No deep technical background is required, what matters most is attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to follow and improve operational processes.
