Job Description
Main activities
- Assist and support helpdesk platform in tickets regarding voip services, firewalls, internet, and other alerts.
- Call and receive calls of business and residential customers to assist in service requests or problem solving.
- Voip support in creating and maintaining extensions, ring groups, outbound rules, etc.
- Check feasibilities and assist remotely in provisioning, relocations and cancelations of microwave and fiber internet connections as well as pbxs.
- Assist, support, review, and check data center.
**Requirements**:
- Languages: English and Spanish.
- Intermediate knowledge in networks and telecommunications.
- Self-taught.
- Schedule availability

- Itil 4
- Customer service experience
- Great spelling and grammar.
