NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer
We are looking for highly motivated engineers to join our Network Operations Center.
Key Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware and configurations.
- Oversee all production networks, servers and services.
- Provide technical assistance.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when needed.
- Replacing faulty network hardware components like cable, switch etc.
- Monitoring live transactions in our production applications.
- Daily check of phone modems for day to day SMS delivery.
- Maintaining applications in Google Cloud and other cloud-based servers.
