Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure, asset management, and project-based support. The role involves troubleshooting, device lifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and coordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

End-User Support

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows, mac OS, Linux). Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues. Coordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.

Office Infrastructure Support
