Must Have Skills (Non-Negotiable Core Competencies): Node.js, Microservices, BFSI Domain, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Basics of UPI
Good to Have Skills: UPI Switch, Security protocols, encryption, and compliance in fintech, NPCI UPI architecture, ISO 8583, and financial transaction protocols.
FTE Budget: 8-12 LPA
