Job Description
We are seeking an experienced North Asia Rates Trader (VP/Director) to join a European bank, with primary responsibility for trading and risk management across KRW and CNH/CNY . The role will involve active risk‑taking and close interaction with the Sales team, and contribution to the development of the firm's North Asia rates franchise.
The ideal candidate:
- Prior experience trading onshore KRW or CNY across FX and Rates
- Familiar with pricing different derivatives
- Experience in building LP relationships
- An entrepreneurial mindset to build the business up with other senior stakeholders
- At least 8 years of prior experience in a similar trading role
