About the role -
- Well known food manufacturer based in the south eastern suburbs.
- Casual ongoing contract
- Flexibility to work any day of the week
- Monday to Friday
- Start asap
About your duties -
- Weighing and mixing ingredients
- Performing cooking trials
- Maintaining raw material supplies
- Basic QC tests, including titrations, salt and acid testing
- Packing up and dispatching samples
- Laboratory housekeeping
- Calibration of instruments
- Filing and paperwork
About you -
- Tertiary education in food science or similar background
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSANZ
- You will be a quality-focused, enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail
- Have good communication skills and have the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
