A Day in Your Life at MKS: As a NPI Manager to join our team supporting manufacturing of products in our Penang, Malaysia facility. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for transferring, installing, and improving build processes for company products. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous analysis and providing your team with the necessary tools and mentorship to document and analyze manufacturing issues. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support new model introductions and continuous improvement initiatives. Under your leadership, the team will excel in creating efficient and consistent processes for transitioning new products from the NPI center to high‑volume production.
