NPI Manufacturing Readiness Engineer

Advanced Energy in Batangas, Philippines, is seeking an MSR Engineer responsible for overseeing Factory New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. This role involves ensuring models are developed and launched in alignment with NPI Key Result Areas.

The successful candidate will coordinate with various teams, monitor production demands, and lead transitions to mass production. A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required.
