Role Overview
The NPI Operations Manager serves as the director representing Operations for a new product launch, guiding the process from the initial concept to the Launch Plan Achieved (LPA) milestone. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless product launch execution and the successful achievement of business goals. The NPI Operations Manager acts as the single source of truth for all operational aspects of the product launch.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate end-to-end NPI launches across functions for operations readiness: capacity/ material, production ramp, manufacturing diversification strategy, and risk management.
