Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Medical Lead of Cardiology, this position functions as a central member of the multidisciplinary team, working closely with the Cardiologists and other health care providers in all areas of the hospital where inpatient and outpatient cardiology services are provided. As a regulated member of the health care team (CRNA), the NP is authorized and competent to perform comprehensive assessment, diagnosis (including the ordering and interpretation of tests), intervention (including the prescribing of medications), management (including performing specific non-invasive/invasive procedures and therapeutic interventions), referral, and evaluation of client care across the continuum of health care services. Utilizes critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills to provide care with a focus on medical cardiology to patients who present with acute medical illness for medical assessment, care, and treatment.
