Horizon Health in Wessington Springs, SD is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care for all patients. Emergency Room and Hospital coverage required with weekday and weekend rotation. Required ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications or willingness to obtain upon hire.
