Location: Birches First School, Codsall (part of Codsall Multi Academy Trust)

Salary: Salary Grade 4, Point 5: £25,583 (FTE); Hourly rate £13.26 per hour; 24 hours per week, Term Time only; Monday-Thursday; Contract End Date 31/08/2026; Start Date 13th April 2026.

About the Role

As a 1-2-1 / Small group Teaching Assistant in our Nursery classroom you will:

• Support children's learning and development through engaging, play‑based activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.
• Work collaboratively with our experienced EYFS team to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Help children develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure the pupil thrives.
• Contribute to planning and assessment to meet individual children's needs.
