Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to provide Break & Fix support services across enterprise infrastructure environments. This freelance, on‑call role requires a highly skilled professional who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure‑related incidents efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nutanix and networking technologies, hold a valid CCNA certification, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
