Job Description
Support mother/baby care as a Full-Time Registered Nurse in the OB Float Pool at Saint Alphonsus Health System. This role involves 12-hour shifts across our Boise, Nampa, and Ontario locations and aims to deliver compassionate care in a team environment.
As a member of our Clinical Support Team, your work will focus on labor delivery, postpartum, and NICU care. This position allows for self-scheduled shifts and requires a proactive attitude and a passion for caring for mothers and their babies. Ideal candidates will embrace daily challenges and value teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care for mothers and infants
• Assist in labor delivery, postpartum, and NICU settings
• Self-schedule shifts for work-life balance
• Collaborate with an experienced nursing team
• Support ongoing learning and certification efforts
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient RN experience, preferred in LD/OB/NICU
• RN license in Idaho prior to starting
