OB Removal Team Leader

• Supervise and lead daily overburden (OB) removal operations to meet production and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with K3LH (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards through regular safety talks and inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient mine operations.
• Monitor and report daily production data (volume, operating hours, and performance obstacles) to management.
• Oversee equipment allocation and work cycles (hauler and excavator) to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure operations meet safety, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards in accordance with the Mine Plan.
• Support and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
