Occupational Therapist

A welcoming primary school in Gateshead with around 320 pupils is looking for an Occupational Therapist to support children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and developmental delays.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Contract: Part-time until July, with potential to start full-time in September

Your days could include:
Supporting pupils with sensory regulation
✏️ Developing fine motor skills for handwriting and classroom tasks
Helping children build independence and confidence
Working alongside teachers, SEND staff, and families
