Occupational Therapy Assistant - Band 2

We are pleased to offer an exciting part‑time opportunity for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Occupational Therapy Department and work across multiple clinical teams at Pilgrim Hospital. This role is ideal for individuals looking to take their first step into a career in healthcare.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside therapy staff, nurses, and doctors to deliver holistic and person‑centred assessments within a variety of inpatient settings. The successful candidate will support and deliver evidence‑based Occupational Therapy interventions—including participation in home assessments—to help patients regain or maintain independence in activities that matter most to them.

In addition to patient‑facing work, you will contribute to essential departmental tasks that support the smooth and efficient operation of the Occupational Therapy service.
