Job Role: Odoo Functional Expert/Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years (Developer turned Project Manager preferred)
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

Role Overview We are seeking a hybrid expert—a former Developer evolved into a Project Manager—to lead Odoo implementation projects. The ideal candidate will own the engineering side of the project, handle complex requirement mapping for manufacturing clients, and it is mandatory to manage the full project lifecycle from our Agra office.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Leadership
Plan and execute full lifecycle Odoo implementations, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation using Agile methodologies.
Coordinate between developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and SLA compliance.

Leverage developer background to independently validate code quality, architectural decisions, and g...
