Overview
We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude. Prior office experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to support your growth and success in this role.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Support bookkeeping activities using OFFICE365 and assist with vendor management
- Participate in human resources functions including onboarding, training & development, and employee record keeping
