Responsibilities
The HR & LR Coordinator supports the enabling of an agile and effective HR function in Canada, through strong governance in administering critical tasks, coordinating function-wide initiatives, representing HR internally in cross-functional projects, and supporting the General Director to further strengthen our culture of learning, accountability, and inclusion. The incumbent should be comfortable working with employees at all levels of the organization, stakeholders, suppliers, industry, and union partners. ...
