About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Office Coordinator to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of daily activity — coordinating service requests, supporting billing and procurement, and keeping office operations running smoothly.

You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive timely service, technicians are efficiently scheduled, and administrative processes are accurate and organized.

What You’ll Do

Service Triage & Dispatch

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming service requests
  • Create and prioritize service tickets based on urgency and impact
  • Perform initial triage, gathering relevant details to ensure tickets are actionable
  • Schedule and dispatch work to technical staff
  • Communicate updates clearly with clients and internal teams
