You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive timely service, technicians are efficiently scheduled, and administrative processes are accurate and organized.
What You’ll Do
Service Triage & Dispatch
- Be the first point of contact for incoming service requests
- Create and prioritize service tickets based on urgency and impact
- Perform initial triage, gathering relevant details to ensure tickets are actionable
- Schedule and dispatch work to technical staff
- Communicate updates clearly with clients and internal teams
