Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities
Handle all telephonic communications
Handle all communications with vendors and service provider
Data entry and maintaining records
Administrative tasks
Filing documents physical and digital
Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
Handle all correspondence and emails

Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
