Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Maintain office cleanliness and order, including the management and procurement of office equipment and supplies.
Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
Meeting & Schedule Coordination: Coordinate the use of company meeting rooms, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
Visitor Reception: Manage visitor registration, guidance, and reception services.
Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between internal departments, as well as with external vendors and clients.
Equipment Maintenance: Assist in monitoring the proper functioning of office equipment and promptly arrange for repairs and technical support.
Event Organization: Assist in organizing internal company events, employee training sessions, and team-building activities.
