Full-Time | In-Office We are seeking an Office Manager in the Holland area to oversee daily office operations, customer service, order processing, shipping coordination, inventory administration, and accounting support. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, the warehouse, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications, account setup, quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including compliance documentation
- Maintain inventory records, product batch documentation, and Certificates of Conformance
- Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Assist with accounts receivable, payment collection, and recordkeeping
